Starting from October 22, 2024, Palazzo Esposizioni Roma presents the free series of events MIRABILIA URBIS. Stories of art in Rome, curated by Ivana Della Portella and Irene Berlingò, and promoted by the Department of Culture of Roma Capitale and the Special Palaexpo Company. This one-of-a-kind series is dedicated to the Eternal City, narrated through seven meetings with scholars and cultural figures, outlining a path from the myth of Aeneas, the mystery of the Etruscans, to art masters like Titian and Caravaggio up to moderns like Novelli and Twombly. The meetings will take place at the Auditorium Hall of Palazzo Esposizioni until December 10, 2024. The initiative aims to narrate Rome in a specialized yet engaging way, exploring its history and allure. The event is free until seats are filled and reservations can be made on the official website.
