At the Teatro Tommaso Salvini in Pieve di Teco (Imperia), known as the smallest theater in Europe, on Saturday, February 22 at 9:00 PM, Francesco Tricarico will perform. Following his moving performance at the Teatro Ariston during the Sanremo Song Festival 2025 with the song "Io sono Francesco" on the Night of Covers and Duets, where he performed with Francesco Gabbani, and after his appearances on the Ariston stage at the Tenco Prize 2024 last October with three different and highly acclaimed performances over the three evenings, Francesco Tricarico alongside Franco Godi in collaboration with Metropolitan Music is pleased to announce the arrival of his show "Good Evening, I am Tricarico - Theatres Tour 2025" at the Salvini Theater in Pieve di Teco (Imperia), with artistic director Eugenio Ripepi.

The new live show, in which Tricarico is once again accompanied by Michele Fazio on the piano, is not just a concert; it is not simply a reading, but a musical concept show during which the artist shares his story, reads his own notes or those of others, shares clear and intimate thoughts, plays the flute, and sings his songs ranging from lucid madness to disconcerting rationality (some of the most well-known being Vita Tranquilla, Il Bosco delle Fragole, A Milano non c’è il mare, 3 colori, Abbracciami Fortissimo, and La situazione non è buona). He invites the audience to follow him on a journey that is "extremely subjective but, in some aspects, represents that of an entire humanity searching for a reason and a purpose at a time when everything seems to crumble. Music, poetry, painting, and colors are the tools that allow us to anchor ourselves to life, to a life that does everything to uproot certainty in us, to bring us to the essence, to redemption, to the ultimate sense capable of explaining every event, every thing, every fact, and thus bringing us back to trust in harmony with humanity and the world."

As Francesco Tricarico approaches 25 years of career in music and art - his recording debut Io sono Francesco dates back to 2000, boasting 11 albums, 2 books, and numerous successes - he shows that his light continues to shine, focusing on "the search for the meaning of life which finds reason in poetry, music, and art, beyond the standard mechanisms of narrating reality, where one realizes that fiction, fantasy, and imagination become more concrete than any reality considered as such."

The recent period, culminating with the performance at the Tenco, has been marked by intense live activity and the release of new songs produced by Franco Godi, published by Best Sound and distributed by SAAR Records: a first taste in February 2023 with the provocative Mi state tutti immensamente e profondamente sul cazzo 1, which soon became a small mantra, was followed by Faccio di Tutto, released at the end of 2023, Telefono Fisso in March 2024, Un’estate bellissima in June, and the year closes with In Fiamme, a further sorrowful and hyper-realistic cry for the metropolitan poet of the third millennium.

The Salvini Theater boasts a completely atypical auditorium, especially for its very small size and the structural grace with a clear typical 16th-17th century design: a destination that has always attracted Italian and foreign visitors, intrigued by the uniqueness of a venue that has a long and illustrious history of artistic activity since 1834, the year it was built.
