The festival of flavors, typical products, and wines of Puglia dei Trulli is back.

Friday evening, August 9, 2024 shows, music, and flavors in the gardens of the D'Aragona Hotel.

The city of Conversano is ready to become the center of Puglian wine and food for one night, with Gustosamente Conversano. On Friday, August 9, 2024, starting at 8 pm, the charming gardens of the D'Aragona Hotel will host the second edition of the event dedicated to authentic flavors and prestigious wines of Puglia dei Trulli.

The event, which celebrates the richness and variety of the cuisine of the city of Conte and its surroundings, will be enlivened by the engaging rhythms of Skanderground, a lively Puglian musical group known for its unique and engaging style, capable of interpreting Italian music classics in ska, reggae, and pop. The event is organized by the D’Aragona Lifestyle Hotel in collaboration with the Municipality of Conversano, the Territorial Delegation of Confcommercio Conversano, and Confartigianato Conversano, with the valuable partnership of Sommelier AIS Puglia Delegation Murgia, involved in the selection and communication of wines from some of the most important wineries in the area.

Gustosamente Conversano will offer its guests a sensory journey through local culinary excellences, delighting them with traditional Puglian panzerotti, tasty sandwiches with fried octopus, irresistible spaghetti all'assassina, grilled caciocavallo served with Altamura bread, artisanal ice cream, and refreshing watermelon cubes.

Each dish will be accompanied by a selection of territorial wines, expertly communicated by the AIS Puglia Delegation Murgia sommeliers. Participating wineries include renowned names such as Cantine Barsento, Upal, Terre Carsiche 1939, Polvanera, Giovanni Aiello, Cantine Paolo Leo, Rivera, L'Astore Masseria, Tenute Chiaromonte, Colli della Murgia, Coppi, Agri Girardi, Giancarlo Ceci, Cantine D'Alessandro, Masseria Ludovico, and Vini Giuliani.
