After the summer break, the program of group exhibitions continues with "still craving for the SEA". Summer is the season par excellence in which we feel a great sense of freedom and can afford to slow down our daily routines that have accompanied us throughout the year. It is inevitable that, after Ferragosto, a sort of turning point occurs. We begin to feel that the carefree days of summer and the long-awaited holidays slowly fade away.
The days get shorter and so do the evenings... those wonderful evenings that allow us to be outside almost without realizing the time, without thoughts or worries about the commitments of the following day. At the same time, however, since the last summers have put us through the test of enduring "scorching" temperatures, between August and September we feel the desire for milder climates. And slowly, without realizing it, we are spectators of the news services talking about the start dates of school or the summer holidays' balances.
At this emotionally delicate moment, commonly referred to as "the return", it is easy to be overwhelmed by discouragement, thinking about the imminent autumn and the return to our routines, between work and family commitments.
To safeguard ourselves, however, we can think about the beautiful things and happy moments experienced that we want to keep with us from the past period. We can create our own "treasure", a sort of precious treasure chest full of emotions to refer to in moments of stress or winter melancholy.
