L'Alfabeto delle Emozioni, a lezione di sana affettività dalle psicologhe di Psicoadvisor

Throughout October, in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Palace of Castellana-Grotte, a series of meetings aimed at promoting psychophysical well-being will be conducted by Anna De Simone and Ana Maria Sepe. On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 6 pm, the presentation will take place in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Palace.

The Municipality of Castellana-Grotte, in collaboration with ViviCastellanaGrotte aps and the web magazine Psicoadvisor, under the patronage of the Regional Council of Puglia of the Order of Social Workers and the Regional Council of Puglia of the Order of Journalists, organizes and promotes the series of meetings "The alphabet of emotions - Lessons in healthy affection education with Psicoadvisor", a training course, free and open to the public, aimed at promoting psychophysical well-being.

Among the objectives of the Municipal Administration of Castellana-Grotte, in fact, there is that of ensuring social security through a structured network that responds to social needs, in the prevention and contrast of elements of exclusion, alongside economic support interventions, through active and direct involvement in social inclusion processes. Social inclusion, therefore, is also expressed through opportunities for interaction that facilitate meeting, dialogue, and the well-being of citizens. The social aggregation generated by the emotional literacy training course becomes, therefore, an opportunity for growth and experimentation, an opportunity to access cognitive resources useful for facing difficulties and establishing good social relationships with others.

The guides in this path are the psychologists of Psicoadvisor, the most well-known and authoritative web magazine, founded in 2012, in addressing issues related to psychology, neuroscience, and personal growth. They are Anna De Simone, psychologist and biologist, and Ana Maria Sepe, psychologist, authors of the best sellers, both published by Rizzoli, "Rewrite the Pages of Your Life" and "You Fall in Love, You Heal with Love".

The initiative includes seven meetings: the first is the presentation event of the entire series of appointments on the theme "The alphabet of emotions", a useful key to reading for the subsequent contents. Appointment for Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 6 pm, in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Palace at Via Marconi 9 in Castellana Grotte. Speeches by Domi Ciliberti, Mayor of Castellana Grotte, Davide Sportelli, municipal councilor for Social Services, Filomena Matera, president of the Regional Council of Puglia of the Order of Social Workers, and Anita Paolillo, head of Sector II "Social Services" of the Municipality of Castellana Grotte and specialist social worker. Moderated by Daniela Lovece, Publisher of ViviCastellanaGrotte.

The event on October 9 is accredited by the Order of Journalists, with the respective allocation of training credits for participants.

Following, throughout the month of October, always starting at 6 pm, there will be six meetings conducted by the psychologists of Psicoadvisor focusing on a single theme: Tuesday, October 15, 2024 "Love and affective maps", Wednesday, October 16, 2024 "What are emotions", Tuesday, October 22, 2024 "How our identity develops", Wednesday, October 23, 2024 "Stress-Fear: perception of control and invisible traumas", Tuesday, October 29, 2024 "Internal and external dialogue" and Wednesday, October 30, 2024 "Bias and cognitive distortions".

The meetings can also be attended individually. No reservation is required, participation is free and open, subject to the signing of the release form for the dissemination of video and photographic material of the events.

The events from October 15 to 30, 2024 are in the process of accreditation by the Order of Social Workers. To obtain credits, it is necessary to attend at least 80% of the lesson hours.
