Leonardo Colafelice, winner of the 2nd Prize at the prestigious "Cleveland International Piano Competition," also received 3 special awards: audience award, best performance of a composition by a Russian composer, and a prize awarded by the youth jury. He won the 3rd prize, bronze medal, and audience award at the Gurwitz International Piano Competition in San Antonio (Texas, USA). He is regularly invited to perform in major cities in Italy and abroad: United States, Canada, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Israel, Morocco, Turkey, Norway, Estonia, Chile, and Georgia. He has performed with prestigious orchestras such as the Cleveland Orchestra, the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, the Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, the Chile Symphony Orchestra, the Morocco Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestra dei Pomeriggi Musicali, and many others.
