On **November 12th**, **Aperitivo d'Autore** will host **Pablo Trincia**, one of the most exciting and engaging narrators of our time. With his pen and voice, he has not only revolutionized and exploded the podcast phenomenon in Italy but has also entered the minds and hearts of the public as one of today's most iconic storytellers. The event is scheduled for **7:30 PM** in **Taranto**, in that treasure trove of stories which is the **Teatro TaTÀ**.
As always, our format will start with the food and wine of our territory, this time featuring the cuisine from **Le Vetrine del Gusto** and wines from **Feudo Croce** (Tinazzi).
After narrating so many other people's stories, with the book **_How Stories Are Born_** (**Roi Edizioni**), Trincia reveals for the first time the elements and processes he uses to bring his investigations and all his works to life, allowing us to peek behind the scenes of the creative process of his most successful narratives in recent years. In doing so, however, the author realized that to truly understand what led him to do the job the way he does, he would have to reopen some long-closed drawers of his history and come to terms with some unresolved traumas of the past.
Pablo Trincia in Taranto will converse with Vincenzo Parabita, the creator of Aperitivo d'Autore.

Born in Leipzig in 1977, Pablo Trincia is the Italian journalist and author who was the first to make the podcast phenomenon explode in Italy with the huge success of "Veleno," an investigative audio series of enormous success, published in eight episodes on the website of La Repubblica. The investigation reopened the case of the Devils of Bassa Modenese, one of the most obscure and controversial in Italian judicial history. Following the first podcast were "Buio," "Il dito di Dio - Voices from the Concordia," "Where No One Looks - The Elisa Claps Case," "Sangue Loro - The Boy Sent to Kill," and the very recent "And Then Silence - The Rigopiano Disaster." A television author, he has collaborated with major Italian networks, including SKY, Rai, Mediaset, and Discovery. "How Stories Are Born" is his fourth book. Previously, "Veleno, a True Story" (Einaudi, 2019), "Novel of a Shipwreck. Costa Concordia: A True Story" (Einaudi, 2022), and "If I Don't Die Tomorrow. Journey of Three Migrant Boys" (De Agostini, 2024), his debut in youth fiction, were published.

How do stories come to life? First of all, there is a gaze, that of a narrator capable of capturing the intertwining of lives, feelings, and mysteries hidden behind every person, geographic location, or even a simple tree. Then there is the hunter's instinct, the meticulous work of researching sources, those that reveal the secrets of an event and the emotions of the protagonists. Finally, there's the voice, the craft, the ability to give rhythm, color, and make the story interesting for the reader, viewer, listener. Pablo Trincia revolutionized and exploded the podcast phenomenon in Italy and entered the minds and hearts of the public as one of today's most iconic storytellers. But this time, after telling many stories of others, he turns his gaze on himself for the first time, opens some long-closed drawers of his life, and faces some unresolved traumas of the past. An intimate journey into the art of storytelling that spans Leipzig, Milan, London, and Tehran.

An acronym for Taranto Auditorium Tamburi, the TaTÀ is the home of Teatro Crest which, after 30 years of nomadic theatrical work, has had 2,000 square meters of dedicated theater space since 2009, located in the quintessential working-class area of Taranto, closest to the towering Ilva chimneys. A theater that aims to be a hub of attraction for Italian and foreign artists, becoming a model of mediation between theater and other forms of communication/creation, such as writing, painting, video, dance, music. A theater always open, both to the production of performances and to hosting other theatrical companies, and combining training proposals, meetings and workshops for schools, dramaturgical research paths, activities always aimed at dialogue and exchange.
_**• THE WINES •**_
Feudo Croce wines are named after the homonymous farmhouse of about 20 hectares located in the territory of Carosino, owned since 2011 by the Veronese Gian Andrea Tinazzi, who discovered it by chance during a visit to Salento. Tinazzi immediately understood the potential of the local indigenous grape varieties, primarily Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Malvasia Nera. Today Feudo Croce constitutes one of the two lines of Apulian wines of the Tinazzi group (the other being Cantine San Giorgio). This line is devoted to tradition, reflected in the cultivation methods of the vineyards with the typical alberello training system and in the aromas and flavors of wines characterized by a high alcohol content and very fruity notes. Expressions of the winery are Imperio LXXIV (Primitivo di Manduria Dop), Megale (Negroamaro Salento Igp), Malnera (Merlot Malvasia Nera Igp), Alèa (Malvasia Bianca Puglia Igp, Rosso Puglia Igp). Currently, Tinazzi produces high-quality wines between Veneto and Apulia, sold in over 30 countries. The company has become one of the most interesting realities of Italian viticulture, with over 100 hectares of owned vineyards and a wide range of initiatives linked to rural culture and hospitality. The 65 hectares of vineyards in Apulia constitute the heart of production.
