Starting Monday, November 18, a new series of cooking classes will begin at the Casolare delle Tenute Parco Piccolo in Carovigno. The series kicks off with the *pizza cooking class* at 5:30 PM, where chef Sara Leone will guide participants in creating the most beloved dish, pizza. The class will include tips, little secrets, and good habits for preparing a delicious, healthy pizza at home using local, zero-kilometer ingredients.

The upcoming cooking classes will focus on preparing fresh pasta with *orecchiette* on Sunday, November 24, at 10:30 AM; *traditional desserts* on Monday, December 9, at 5:30 PM; and a lesson on *stuffed pasta* on Sunday, December 15, at 10:30 AM.

After the lessons, participants will have the opportunity to taste the preparations, and those interested can also enjoy guided tastings of the new extra virgin olive oil.

Additionally, you can spend a *Sunday at the Casolare on November 24*, where *Christmas workshops* will be held in collaboration with Clarì Allestimenti. They will guide participants in creating the perfect table setting, wreaths, and Christmas centerpieces.
