Quadri quaresimali: tele di passione, cornici di speranza

Our Lenten concert has a title that evokes the human condition, constantly oscillating between moments of confusion and "passion" and openings to hope. "Canvases of passion and frames of hope" is, indeed, a musical journey that retraces the stages of our existence, marked by the difficulty of accepting Passion and the necessity to always nurture the sweetness of the most human emotion, the one that accompanies us until the end of our days: hope. In a world that needs these luminous frames, music becomes a moment of healing and community. With our listening and presence, we transform pain into beauty, mourning into resilience, passion into hope.

The Falanto Chorus will perform 13 pieces belonging to musical cultures far apart in time and space, which, like in a grand fresco, will draw "canvases of passion," accompanied by the awareness that hope frames our lives and gives them value if we are capable of nurturing its seeds. Just as a visitor in a gallery is moved by the paintings along the route, we invite you to let yourself be carried away by emotions, to immerse yourself in this kaleidoscope of sounds and feelings, while together we paint our Lenten journey. May the music guide us toward deep reflection and, above all, toward the light that awaits us on the horizon.
