Like many children, I had a great hero, SUPERMAN, and I was convinced I could FLY too!

In my dreams, I saw my life from above, an indisputable proof of my SUPERPOWER! But in my everyday life, I remained strangely GROUNDED!?! Like young Clark Kent, I felt torn between sky and earth. Fortunately, theater gave me a way to face this DRAMA of mine!

Amid the joys and anxieties of a 1960s American childhood, nourished by the images from Marvel comics, Robert McNeer takes us on a journey that breathes an air of visionary "can-do" spirit, where simply believing in a dream is enough to realize it.

The show is dedicated to young superheroes, those who at 8 years old still knew how to fly.
