One of the main names in the contemporary scene of Pernambuco, **Barro** has distinguished himself with his pop production full of accents, immersed in an urban environment, which combines the best of being pop and distinctly Brazilian. With two Latin Grammy nominations, one as a singer in 2021, and another as a producer in 2023, the artist has established himself in various fields of Brazilian music. As a producer, he has been behind some of the most interesting works released in the country in recent years, alongside Rachel Reis, Lenine, Céu, Mariana Aydar, Anna Setton, and many other artists.

As a composer, **Barro** has already amassed a collection of great significance among contemporaries with songs performed by Chico César, Mariana Aydar, Lenine, Duda Beat, Romero Ferro, Rachel Reis.

In 2024, **Barro** releases “Língua,” his third studio album, bringing together his musical universe as a singer, composer, and music producer. With the participation of Rachel Reis, Chico César, Fran Gil, and Marley No Beat, the artist presents the result of partnerships built over the past few years, expanding the spectrum of his musical production — one of the most interesting in the country in recent years — and achieving a unique result among pop, MPB, and Brazilian peripheral music.
