**Bianca di Puglia 2025: The White Soul of Apulian Wine Shines Again on the Sea of Bari. Friday evening, May 23 - Fortino Sant’Antonio**

There's a time of the year when white is not just a color, but an experience. It’s the fragrant echo of *a glass raised to the sky at sunset*, the scent of the sea caressing the palate, the authentic flavor of our land. This moment is called *Bianca di Puglia, and in 2025 it blows out eleven candles* in the vibrant heart of the Mediterranean: the Fortino Sant’Antonio, overlooking the ancient walls of Bari’s old town.

**On Friday evening, May 23, starting from 6 PM**, Apulian white wines return as the absolute stars in an evening that promises emotions, discoveries, and beauty. The event, passionately organized as always by the Italian Sommelier Association Puglia Bari Delegation, has become an essential appointment for enthusiasts, professionals, and those curious about the world of wine.

Kicking off the event will be **a dedicated conference on the theme “*Apulian Whites between Tourism, Economy, and Sustainability*”**, where industry experts and local representatives will discuss growth prospects for a wine and territorial heritage that deserves to be told, experienced, and loved.

But there’s more! Coinciding with the showcase, the day will be **enhanced by a prestigious event – the Best Sommelier of Puglia 2025 Contest,** where finalists will vie for the title between morning and early afternoon at the Circolo Barion on Molo San Nicola.

And then, as the sun begins to dive into the sea, the terrace at the Fortino will transform into **a grand taste festival:** over 200 labels of white wines, narrated by more than 30 AIS Sommeliers joined by the enthusiastic *Sommelier Astemi group members,* will present the excellence from over 100 wineries from every corner of wine-producing Puglia.

Alongside the wine, **a selection of regional delicacies:** quality extra virgin oils, typical cured meats and cheeses from the Murgia region, a gourmet signature sandwich, or for those who prefer, a tasty vegetarian dish. All curated by Il Sommelier Clandestino, an enoteca with a gastronomy focus that makes pairing a small daily art.
