**Sunday, June 1, 2025**, on the occasion of the MiC initiative **#Domenicalmuseo**, you will be able to admire the **Norman-Swabian Castle of Gioia del Colle** and the magnificent artifacts of the **National Archaeological Museum** accompanied by an enjoyable and interesting **Guided Tour* at 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM**.

*You will be captivated by the enchanting setting of the **Norman-Swabian Castle**, erected at the beginning of the 12th century AD by the Altavilla family, later enriched by the great Emperor Frederick II of Swabia between 1229-1230; the rooms, fully accessible, feature interesting architectures and medieval elements through which it is possible to narrate the life and exploits of the Puer Apuliae.*

*The fascinating collection of the **National Archaeological Museum**, housed in the federician manor's halls, preserves artifacts dating from the 9th to the 3rd century BC from the ancient Peucetian city of Thuriae, the current archaeological area of Monte Sannace. Amphoras, vases, craters decorated with mythological scenes, fibulae, bracelets, coins, lances, swords, and armor are just some of the unique artifacts through which it is possible to trace the story of the ancient civilizations present in central Apulia of the time.*
