**Cinema and Prison – Juvenile Detention and Restorative Justice (Short Films)**

There will be a screening of two short films:
- **"A che punto è la notte – The Confessions of Three Young Actors"**, directed by *Vincenzo Ardito*, documents the theater workshop conducted by Lello Tedeschi inside the "N. Fornelli" Juvenile Detention Center in Bari. Three young inmates perform an intense and personal version of Macbeth, exploring deep themes such as guilt, violence, and love. The film intertwines the human journey of the boys with the theatrical and educational work supported by Teatro Kismet OperA.
- **"Limbo"** by *Vincenzo Ardito and Damiano Nirchio*, emerged from the theatrical project "The Theater that Repairs. The Theater that is Shelter", promoted by the Teatro Pubblico Pugliese and realized with Senza Piume and Sinapsi Produzioni Partecipate. Inspired by restorative justice principles, the project involved participants in writing workshops, public reading, and a final performance. Through theater, participants transformed their own stories into opportunities for listening, expression, and rebirth.

From June 19, 2025, ARMATA BRANCALEONE awaits you at the ExpostModerno arena for the FESTA DEL CINEMA IN LIBERTÀ 2025.
During the festival, both feature films and short films for young and adult audiences will be presented, along with numerous meetings between authors and the public. The event is structured as a series of weekly appointments that will continue throughout the summer, until about mid-September. This is an experiment of a participatory festival where various associations and more come together, creating a series of screenings for everyone, truly everyone, including your pets. The Arena is also Pet Friendly.
We volunteers will be in the arena to welcome you with numerous organizations that have chosen to collaborate with us:

CONVENTION CARD

To access all events at the 2025 ExpostModerno arena, you need to subscribe to the special FIC - Italian Federation of Film Forums, card at a cost of 5 euros, with which you can enjoy a range of benefits and conventions:
