Returning again this year is A LI CINGH' P'TRODD, the Mottola festival dedicated to the enhancement, promotion, and awareness of the dialect as a vehicle of traditions and culture of the territory through dialect poetry, music, dance, and acting. This event has reached its 9th edition. This year's theme focuses on Patronal Festivals and Traveling Bands.
Organized by the Carlo Schiavone Cultural Circle, in collaboration with the Proloco of Mottola and LixLi Frescheria, the show will take place in the historic center of Mottola, in the Schiavonia, at Largo Chiesa, the city’s elegant gathering space.
As always, this year will feature talented artists from all over Puglia and beyond, for a dazzling show of sounds, voices, and colors. We reveal the names of the participants who will contribute to making the evening unique and extraordinary.
The exciting news is the presence of an all-female group of musicians from Mottola, known throughout Italy, QUINTETTO ARCADIA, featuring Patrizia Miccolis on accordion, Mariella Gentilesca on violin, Sabina Gentilesca on sax and percussion, Gianna Gentilesca on cello, and Antonella Santoiemma on flute.

Additionally, the Mottola-born actress based in London, VITA PUGLIESE, alongside dancer ANASTASIA TANZELLA, will perform in an evocative performance, accompanied on guitar by singer-songwriter VITO TANZELLA.
An acting group composed of performer MAFALDA GRECO, with MICHAEL BAIA, NUNZIA GENTILE, and MINA PANARO, will give us very special moments.
