Monday, August 18, 5:30 PM, the Déco Festival makes a stop in the ancient heart and rustic countryside of Cenate Vecchie in Nardò.

A guided walk with the participation of Architect Mariateresa Funtò, which unfolds along ancient inter-farm tracks mainly characterized by the presence of vineyards. In these areas, also known as "Cenate Vecchie," according to credible sources and most likely, the first nucleus of rural homes originated in the 1700s, leading to the concentration of villas that characterize the entire area. Along the route, there will be stops to admire small houses and manors, including Inguscio, Cariddi, and Lopez. The main features of the walk will be the ancient villas, as well as the vineyard and wine. Participants will walk among the Negroamaro rows and then taste the wines of the Bonsegna Winery at sunset at the Danze della Contessa estate.

It's an easy route, but requires low and rubber-soled shoes, a water bottle, and an explorer's spirit!
