The Crossing: incroci inediti del duo Parmegiani-Liturri

**Thursday, September 19th** starting at **8:00 PM** (doors open at 7:30 PM), in the **Sala Verde** of the **Palazzo di Città** in **Corato** (BA), as part of the series "Sei la mia città 2025", the summer events agenda curated by the municipal administration, the jazz music concert **"The Crossing"** will take place.

This is the second event organized by the **AlterAzioni Association** as part of the mini-series "Sounds and Styles in Colors for a World of Peace", the summer proposal of the same association, awarded by the summer call of the Municipality of Corato.

The event will feature the new jazz duo formed by guitarist **Alberto Parmegiani** and pianist **Vito Liturri.**

The concert is intended as a "bridge" between two musical experiences and two different and complementary personalities, well-known in the jazz world and beyond, who are performing together in public for the first time. The program includes a selection of original compositions by the two musicians, in a fusion of sounds and styles of great allure.

The event is part of the rich programming of the series proposed by AlterAzioni, which began with the concert on July 24 featuring the Ensemble AlterSinfonietta directed by **Rino Campanale** and will continue with four concerts at the **Tattoli-De Gasperi Comprehensive Institute**, renewing the partnership sought by AlterAzioni President Dr. Clelia Sguera, and Headmaster Prof. Maria Rosaria De Simone, with the entire School Board and Faculty, to promote and disseminate music among the younger segments of the population.

The elegant and refined Sala Verde of the Palazzo di Città has been chosen as the ideal location for this concert, a charming place naturally endowed with acoustics particularly suitable for chamber music repertoire. However, please note that the hall has limited seating and reservations are recommended.
