VINI E MUSICA SINFONICA AL TEATRO ROSSINI PER CELEBRARE I 60 ANNI DELL'ASSOCIAZIONE ITALIANA SOMMELIER

Here is the English translation of the provided Italian text:

On the occasion of the Sixtieth Anniversary of the Italian Sommelier Association, AIS Puglia Murgia Delegation is proud to present SINFONIA 60. Harmony of wines, sounds, and visions, a ceremony that combines the value of Italian wine with that of the arts, culture, and knowledge.

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Rossini Municipal Theater in Gioia del Colle, the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra of Bari, one of the twelve Italian Orchestral Institutions (I.C.O.), conducted by Maestro Marco Grasso, will open the evening with a concert titled "Cinematografo. Dedicato a… Noi”. It is a selection of pieces composed by Vittorio Pasquale and Christian Ugenti, taken from some of the most famous soundtracks in the history of cinema: from films by Mastroianni to music by Henri Mancini, from the symphonic suite on the cinema of Massimo Troisi to the most popular themes by Luis Bacalov, Ennio Morricone, Piero Piccioni, and Armando Trovajoli.

A musical show that, renewing the appointment with the "Arte del Vino / Vino per l’Arte" series by AIS Murgia, dedicated to the memory of Antonella Natale, finds suggestive correspondences between the musical and cinematic imagination and the high wine expression represented by the selection of 44 national labels. After the concert, at the historical courtyard of the Town Hall of Gioia del Colle, it will be possible to taste two historic wines from each Italian region, whose origins date back in time before the foundation of the Italian Sommelier Association. The celebrations will start with the uncorking of a celebratory Salmanazar and a surprise!

A cultural intertwining of stories, languages, and excellences, coordinated by Vincenzo Carrasso, AIS Murgia Delegate, and narrated by Giuseppe Baldassarre, National AIS Councilor and AIS Murgia event manager. The celebratory event will see the prestigious presence of our National President Sandro Camilli, the Regional President Giacomo D’Ambruoso, the Metropolitan Councilor Francesca Bottalico, and the political and military Authorities of the Territory.

The event will be introduced by greetings from the hosts, the Mayor of Gioia del Colle Giovanni Mastrangelo, and the councilor delegated to Culture and Theater Lucio Romano. Additionally valuable are the partnerships with a famous local dairy, the olive oil mill Olio Mancino of Gioia del Colle, and the gastronomy Il Sommelier Clandestino.
