For the 2nd consecutive year, the Provincial Committee ASC Lecce, with the support of the Puglia Region and the patronage of the Municipality of Nardò, is organizing two days of free sports activities.

"They will be two days of sports focusing on inclusion and environmental sustainability," says Irene Colomba, vice-president of the provincial ASC, involving all the sports associations in the area, the Italian Down People Association branch in Lecce, and Aps Socialaut of Nardò. "The activities are free, and the first 80 participants will be given a hat."

The SPORT HEALTH WELL-BEING AND ENVIRONMENT initiative is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, with a gathering at 8:30 AM at Frascone (Sant' Isidoro area) for a beach cleanup and an ecological walk of about 3 km along the coast, with a stop at the Palude del Capitano.

On Sunday, October 19, inside the Pala Andrea Pasca in Nardò, there will be a minibasket concentration with the participation of various associations from the Province of Lecce, and within the Academy, there will be yoga, self-defense, and pilates classes.

The event, completely free, will involve everyone interested in the social/educational/informative significance of the project: initiating true practices of integration and enhancement, thanks to the help of sports, health, well-being, and the environment.
