**SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26** Discover the wonders of the autumn forest with a very suggestive trek. On a carpet of fallen leaves, immersed in the magical Lucanian foliage, we will be able to admire the natural landscapes that autumn offers us, observe the majestic beeches, maples, firs, holm oaks, the various chestnut trees, collect their fruits, learn about the geological history of Mount Vulture, and at the summit enjoy a truly breathtaking panorama, with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the Apennine chain on the other.

*PROGRAM*

7:30 AM: Meeting at Bar Meeting, 54 G. Garibaldi Street - Bisceglie
- Registration for the activity
- Departure

9:30 AM: Arrival at Monticchio Lakes
- Start of the trek

1:30 PM: Packed lunch at the top of Mount Vulture
- Storytelling of the geological history of a once active, now dormant volcano
- Opportunity to collect chestnuts

4:30 PM: End of the excursion
- Opportunity to purchase local products

5:00 PM: Return
