**The Magic of Christmas is about to Envelop Noci**, the City of Food and Wine, with one of the most anticipated events of the year: **“The Taste of the Stars – Christmas Edition”**, scheduled for Saturday, December 6th, in the picturesque setting of **Piazza Garibaldi**, which will transform into a true village of flavors filled with lights, scents, and music.

The event will offer **a journey rich in authentic flavors and Apulian traditions**:
- First courses by the chefs of TakeAwayPuglia
- The famous cone of fried baccalà
- Crispy fried cardoncelli mushrooms
- The essential sweet and savory pettole
- Roasted chestnuts and the unmistakable aroma of hot chocolate
- Local porchetta sandwich and melted cheese
- Wines selected by AIS Puglia sommeliers.

To make the atmosphere even more special, there's **an artistic program designed to engage** families, visitors, and wine lovers. The festival will kick off with the rhythm of the **Young Marching Band**, which will energize the start of the evening with music and enthusiasm. Following this, there will be performances for younger attendees starting from 6:00 PM, with the participation of the **Compagnia dei Birbanti and their puppet show.** During the event, the same company will liven up the streets of the town center with exciting performances, accompanied by those of the **flag-wavers from the Avium Sodalitas group.** The evening will also be enhanced by the **reggae & chorus Christmas music of Rhomanife**, for a sound journey that combines spirituality, fun, and Christmas atmospheres.

The Taste of the Stars officially kicks off the **Christmas events calendar of the Municipality of Noci,** which in the coming weeks will offer a rich program dedicated to tradition, music, and local flavors.

**The Taste of the Stars continues Sunday morning, December 7**

On Sunday morning, again in Piazza Garibaldi, the Christmas atmosphere will continue with:
- **Aperitif with AIS Sommeliers and DJ Set by Gaetano Pace**
- **Cartellate Workshop** for mothers and children, an experience dedicated to tradition and creativity (free registration with reservation at WhatsApp 340 5939110)
- **Bagpipers** throughout the town center, for a journey into the most authentic Christmas
- **The Low Music of Molfetta,** bringing rhythm and good cheer to the festive morning

Part of the proceeds from the aperitif will be donated to the ZOE Association.
