I vini dolci, la pasticceria, il cioccolato, i caseari: torna Dolce Puglia

**On December 20, 2025, starting from 6:00 PM, the XIX edition of Dolce Puglia® 2025 opens to the public** in the scenic spaces of the **36th Fighter Wing of the Italian Air Force in Gioia del Colle**: a precious and symbolic Special Edition that arrives during the Christmas holidays to celebrate moments of great importance in the associative life and community. The event is organized with the support of the Region of Puglia and the Municipality of Gioia del Colle.

**To the sweetness of wine,** the value of meetings, and a renewed hope for peace, the **Italian Sommelier Association Murgia Delegation** dedicates this event aimed at the maximum involvement of producers, partners, and institutions, both regional and national.

There are many novelties in this "bridge" edition that prepares us for the first 20 candles of Dolce Puglia 2026, telling its past, stories, and changes while anticipating a renewal of its identity.

**SIXTY YEARS OF AIS**. On the occasion of the Sixtieth Anniversary of AIS and within the national celebration events, the showcase will feature the world of Italian sweet wines from central and southern Italy, from Umbria to the Islands, promoting a comparison between Apulian production and some great international excellences. The involvement of numerous Presidents and delegates of AIS ITALIA from various regions will also allow "our" wines to encounter ever-growing judgment and appreciation.

**THE OTHER SIDE OF PAIRING**. The pairing proposals between sweet wines and savory dishes are growing and increasingly diverse, carefully designed to promote an unprecedented combination of harmonious and contrasting flavors, to showcase the great versatility of the sweetest segment of oenology: from oysters to aged and blue cheeses, up to the iconic Apulian first course: spaghetti all’assassina. Not to mention the harmonious alliance between wine and pastries, chocolate, and honey.

**DOLCE & BEER**. Thanks to the partnership with UNIONBIRRAI Puglia and craft breweries, visitors will also find a selection of craft beers at the tasting counters, designed for unusual pairings and for a sweet end to the meal.

**DOLCE & COCKTAILS.** This year, Dolce Puglia will be characterized by cocktails made with a selection of sweet wines, thanks to the art of MIXOLOGY that will delight wine lovers with delicious drinks to conclude an edition to be remembered.

**CHRISTMAS MELODY.** Live music will bring us the magic of a night where solidarity and peace become protagonists, finding in Christmas a moment of intense familiarity.

**AISOLIDALE.** The presence of boys and girls from the creative lab Di.ver.Go and the Sommelier Astemi is indispensable, with us to warm the hangars of the 36th Wing of Gioia del Colle with their passion and energy.
