Locus Festival 2026 | BEAT Performing the Music of 80s KING CRIMSON

The Locus Festival 2026 features a major musical event at the Fiera del Levante: 'BEAT – Performing the Music of 80s KING CRIMSON'. This unique concert brings together four legends of rock and contemporary music - Adrian Belew, Tony Levin, Steve Vai, and Danny Carey - to celebrate the most innovative period of King Crimson. The event will take place on July 3, 2026, in Bari, promising a visionary and powerful sonic experience.

Tickets will be available for local pre-sale starting December 10 and general sale from December 12 on Ticketone and Ticketmaster. The BEAT project aims to pay tribute to the creative phase of the English band during the 1980s, through the performance of artists who have made a mark in contemporary music.

Adrian Belew, a pioneer of modern guitar and frontman of King Crimson in the 1980s, will be joined by virtuoso guitarist Steve Vai, bass master Tony Levin, and innovative drummer Danny Carey. These musicians will bring their extraordinary experience and creativity to the stage, offering a unique interpretation of King Crimson's repertoire.

The Locus Festival 2026 is inspired by the famous quote from Miles Davis: 'Don’t play what's there. Play what's not there', thus celebrating the anniversary of Davis's birth. With a diverse and high-quality lineup, the festival aims to be a beacon of creative freedom in music.

Notable dates also include performances by David Byrne and Marcus Miller in Bari, and Jalen Ngonda and Mannarino in Locorotondo.
