AUGURI DI BUONE FESTE A TUTTE E TUTTI VOI CON IL CINEMA D'AUORE E DI INTRATTENIMENTO

We hope you can spend peaceful days and allow yourselves special moments to go to the cinema, switch everything off, leave your own story outside the auditorium for a few hours, and live a new one together with screenings and events every evening — a new, multifunctional space created as a gathering place, where to be together, where every viewing of a film or of a theatrical or musical event becomes a collective experience. The strong sociability of this place is consolidated not only as a space for meeting, exchange and debate, but also for fun and cultural enrichment.
We look forward to seeing you with joy.

FATHER MOTHER SISTER AND BROTHER
by Jim Jarmusch, Winner of the Golden Lion at the 82nd Venice Film Festival.
Finally in cinemas: the Golden Lion of Venice ’82, FATHER MOTHER SISTER BROTHER by Jim Jarmusch. A feature film carefully constructed in the form of a triptych. Three stories that tell of the relationships between adult children, their rather distant parents, and between siblings. Each of the three parts is set in the present and each in a different country.
FATHER is set in the northeastern United States, MOTHER in Dublin, and SISTER BROTHER in Paris. A series of intimate portraits, observed without judgement, in which comedy is threaded with subtle moments of melancholy.
Cast includes Tom Waits, Adam Driver, Mayim Bialik, Charlotte Rampling, Cate Blanchett.
Father Mother Sister Brother is a kind of anti-action film, whose subtle and calm style is carefully constructed to allow the small details to accumulate, almost like flowers arranged with care in three delicate compositions. Collaborations with the masterful cinematographers Frederick Elmes and Yorick Le Saux, the brilliant editor Affonso Gonçalves, and other regular collaborators elevate what began as words on a page to a form of pure cinema.
