New appointment with contemporary art at **Spazio MICROBA**, presenting **_Proxemica_**, an exhibition by **Marcello Nitti**, curated by **Riccardo Pavone and Marialuisa Sorrentino** with a critical text by **Nicola Zito**, which will be inaugurated on **Saturday, February 28, 2026, at 6:30 PM**.
In the context of this solo show, the artist presents a selection of unpublished painting and installation works that emerge from an exploration of the multiple dimensions and dynamics that govern the relationship between humans and their surrounding environment, understood both as a natural and urban space and as a place of meeting and social interaction among individuals.
The exhibition of Marcello Nitti's works, realized in collaboration with the cultural association Achrome and included in De corporis fabrica, a program of solo exhibitions curated by Riccardo Pavone, Marialuisa Sorrentino, and Nicola Zito, will remain open and accessible **until March 28, 2026, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 5 PM to 8 PM**.
**MICROBA** positions itself far from the canonical concept of an art gallery and, even in this new cycle of events, renews its aspiration to be a laboratory and experimental space. Through the works and experiences of young artists who already have a national and international presence, this center in Bari pursues its mission in the territory and aims to introduce stimuli for reflection within the surrounding cultural context.
The cultural association **Achrome** is a collective that operates in the field of Contemporary Art, moving between various areas, from education to research, from organizing exhibition events to professional training. By establishing relationships with the territory, Achrome aims to foster a renewed and more fruitful dialogue between the city—and its inhabitants—and the dynamics of Contemporary Art.
