**OFF enters the Library: the review with Mimmo Ricatti kicks off**

GIOIA DEL COLLE (BA) – Author photography and documentary cinema find a new home. Starting from February 26, 2026, the "Vincenzo Angelilli" Municipal Library in Gioia del Colle will host OFF – Photographers in the Library, a series of meetings and presentations held every two weeks curated by Pamela Barba and Alessandro Capurso.

Conceived as a pathway to engage and anticipate the official Festival, the OFF review is not a mere side event, but a space for thought, listening, and the construction of perspective, where the image is returned to its deeper dimension: that of storytelling and research.

The project arises from the idea of creating a "full frame" space for photography. The reference to the FF logo is intentionally twofold: Photographers: understood as an active community of authors. Full Frame: the full format of the photographic sensor, a metaphor for a broad, unfragmented perspective returned to its cultural dimension. The library has been chosen as a natural space to facilitate direct meetings between authors and the public, allowing the work to be narrated in its processes and archives without cuts.

The cycle of events will be inaugurated by Mimmo Ricatti. A respected professional in the field of Wedding Photography, Ricatti presents the research project "Between Light and Silence, Myanmar." The exhibition captures the intimate and spiritual essence of Southeast Asia through a masterful use of light, offering a perspective far from ceremonial photography.
