Corteo storico di Santa Rita

The streets of Molfetta prepare to relive history, faith, and emotion with the 12th edition of the Historical Parade dedicated to Saint Rita, one of the community's most anticipated events. The event, organized by the Parish of San Domenico in collaboration with ANSPI, will take place on Sunday, May 10th, starting at 6:30 PM from the churchyard of San Domenico.
The parade will wind through the main streets of the city, transforming the center into a captivating open-air stage. The focus will be on the reenactment of the life of Saint Rita, told through evocative scenes and moments of intense spiritual and cultural intensity.
The procession will be accompanied by the captivating rhythms of the Melphicta nel Passato APS, whose drummers will help create a unique atmosphere, transporting the audience back in time.
The evening will conclude at 9:00 PM with the final performance in the churchyard, the culmination of an event that unites tradition, devotion, and popular participation.
An event that, year after year, continues to attract residents and visitors, establishing itself as one of the symbolic events of the Molfetta spring.
