Red Fest 2026 - Mi fido di te

**A week of community, education, and participation at the Redentore Salesiani Don Bosco in Bari**
From May 16 to 25, 2026, the Redentore Salesiani Don Bosco in Bari will host the RED FEST 2026 - Redentore in Festa, a rich calendar of cultural, educational, sports, and spiritual events that will involve young people, families, schools, associations, and local realities. The theme chosen for this edition, “I trust you,” aims to be a concrete proposal in a time marked by distances, individualism, and relational fragility, where it is easy to feel alone, judged, or treated superficially.

The program will kick off on **Saturday, May 16** at 9:30 AM with the conference titled *“Living today as former Salesian students in the era of AI,”* featuring speaker Don Pascual Chavez, Emeritus Rector Major of the Salesians, at the San Giuseppe Hall. In the afternoon, at 5:00 PM, there will be space for sports with the final of the *“Triathlon Don Bosco”* at the oratory.
On **Tuesday, May 19** at 6:00 PM, the photographic exhibition *“Neighborhood Gazes”* will be inaugurated, showcasing works created by young participants in the contest of the same name promoted as part of the Communi.Care project. The exhibition will be set up at the Marcobaleno Hall of the oratory.
On **Thursday, May 21** at 5:00 PM, *“Cocktail diVersi,”* an international conference dedicated to literature and poetry, will take place at the San Giuseppe Hall.
Particularly significant will be the event on **Friday, May 22** with the *Festival of Education 2026,* organized in collaboration with CSV San Nicola ETS. From 5:00 PM, the Redentore will transform into an open space for meeting and participation with playful-educational activities organized by associations, schools, and local realities engaged in social and educational work.
On **Saturday, May 23** at 5:00 PM, the oratory will host the *Maria Ausiliatrice Quadrangular,* an inter-parish soccer tournament that will involve young people from different communities.
The spiritual heart of the Red Fest will be experienced on **Sunday, May 24**, during the *Feast of Pentecost,* with the Holy Mass at 10:00 AM followed by the Family Festival. In the evening, at 8:00 PM, the short film *“Ultimum Iudicium”* by director Lach Majewski will be screened at the Florio Hall.
The festival will conclude on **Monday, May 25** with the *Feast of Maria Ausiliatrice,* a central figure in Don Bosco's spirituality and a mother entrusted to the young and families. At 6:30 PM, the Holy Mass will be celebrated, followed by the traditional procession of Maria Ausiliatrice through the streets of the neighborhood. The evening will continue at the oratory with music, animation, focaccia, and donuts.
Thus, RED FEST confirms itself not only as a celebration but as an experience capable of bringing together education, territory, spirituality, and social participation. All events will take place at the **Redentore Salesiani Don Bosco in Bari.**
