Meditazione sonora nel Bosco

🌿 There's a moment, when you enter a forest, when something changes.

The noise subsides, your body slows down... and you begin to feel yourself.

🍃 On Saturday, June 13th, we invite you to enjoy an immersive experience of nature, sound, and presence at the charming Masseria Pace in Martina Franca.

🏡 The event will begin with a guided tour of the masseria, led by Camillo Pace, who will lead us through history, anecdotes, and fascinating places, including an ancient church located within the property.

🌳 Afterwards, we will walk into the masseria's private forest, where we will experience a sound meditation.

🎶 The meditation will be led by Vitanna Curigliano (psychologist and psychotherapist) with guided deep relaxation work through voice, mindfulness practices, and vibrational instruments, accompanied by a sound journey with musician Jack Sorressa, who will use oriental instruments to facilitate a natural meditative state.

✨ The meditation will take place lying down, immersed in the woods.

🎒 We therefore recommend bringing:
• mat or towel
• something to cover yourself
• a pillow (optional)
• anything that helps you stay comfortable
• mosquito repellent

🧺 Afterward, for those who wish, we will remain in the woods for a convivial moment while waiting for the sunset.

🌱 A chance to stop, breathe, and reconnect.
