The chosen theme – “The Oil of the Republic” – is a tribute to the Italian Republic that, like a living olive tree, resists and is rooted in us, nourished every day by the actions of the people who advocate its values. This olive tree, a symbol of peace, has its common roots in constitutional values, its trunk in the Oil Communities, and its branches extending into the territories represent the people whose stories embody the memory and future of our country. Among the symbolic moments is the TRICOLOR BRUSCHETTA, prepared with bread, tomato, basil, and extra virgin olive oil: a simple gesture that conveys the idea of community and participation.
