LUMINA WORLD remains open until July 12: the magic of light continues to illuminate Lecce. Every weekend from Friday to Sunday until July 12, the grand immersive experience at the Parco di Belloluogo continues its journey through giant lanterns, light installations, visual shows, a food area, live music, and entertainment.

Lecce continues to shine under the magic of LUMINA WORLD – the first Wonderland of Light park in Puglia. The event will remain open until July 12, thus extending the luminous experience that has transformed one of the city's most important green spaces into an emotional journey in recent weeks.

LUMINA WORLD is an immersive journey through art, light, and imagination: a temporary theme park where large light installations, artistic lanterns, monumental set designs, marine environments, and live performances guide the audience in an experience designed for adults, children, families, tourists, and visitors of all ages.

The event is organized by the creative brand XCube3D, a reality specialized in designing visual experiences, immersive installations, and multimedia shows. The creative direction of the entire project is entrusted to Fausto D’Elia, who has curated the artistic, scenic, and experiential identity of LUMINA WORLD, transforming the Parco di Belloluogo into a grand, open-air luminous tale.

The event will be open with its Full Experience every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This complete format includes the experiential path among the giant luminous lanterns themed around Aquarius, a visit to the evocative Siren’s Cave, scenic and luminous installations scattered throughout the park, a different light show each night in the Arena of Wonders, a dedicated children’s area, and a food area with a lounge bar, accompanied each evening by concerts and varying musical events.

The extension until July 12 will allow the public to continue experiencing the magic of the luminous path and will also enable those who have not yet visited the event to discover one of the most enchanting appointments of the Salento summer.

Within the Parco di Belloluogo, the public can stroll among the giant marine-themed lanterns, traverse scenic installations, be surprised by the Siren’s Cave, the Portal of the Abysses, the light domes, the video mapping on the Tower, and the visual shows that make LUMINA WORLD a highly photographable, emotional, and shareable experience.

Each evening of the Full Experience offers a different way to enjoy the park: from the wonder of the luminous path to the shows in the arena, from live music in the food area to the opportunity to spend an evening outdoors in a suggestive, welcoming context designed for all ages.

The initiative is part of a broader vision of enhancing the city of Lecce and Puglia as a cultural, tourist, and creative destination. LUMINA WORLD indeed contributes to enriching the experiential offerings of the area by proposing a format that combines entertainment, visual innovation, urban scenography, and the promotion of local attractions.

The Parco di Belloluogo thus becomes not only a space to traverse but a place to live, rediscover, and narrate: a meeting point for citizens, visitors, families, and tourists who choose Lecce, Puglia, and Salento as the destination for their summer evenings.

The event is part of the Integrated Communication and Territorial Promotion Services Plan developed within LUMINA WORLD, with the aim of conveying the image of Puglia as a welcoming, creative, and cultural destination capable of inspiring the desire to travel. The narrative of the Parco di Belloluogo, the city of Lecce, the tradition of Salento’s luminous decorations, the light installations, the entertainment offerings, and the immersive experience contribute to promoting the regional destination.

The project falls within the actions for the promotion and competitive repositioning of the tourist destination Puglia. Cohesion Agreement Puglia 2021-2027 – Thematic Area 03 Business Competitiveness - Intervention Line 03.02 Tourism and hospitality.
