Festa del Tartufo

The Truffle Festival Returns: Second Edition on July 4th at Torre Palomba

On Saturday, July 4th, from 7 PM to midnight, the Truffle Festival returns for its second edition. The event will take place at Torre Palomba, located at Viale Torre Palomba 5/A, and will be fully dedicated to highlighting truffles and the gastronomic excellence of the region.

The star of the event will be the scorzone, a type of truffle harvested in the Murgia region, representing the authentic connection between this product and the land it comes from.

The festival will feature tastings open to the public and the presence of local exhibitors, creating a journey that celebrates authentic flavors and the quality of local products. The guiding theme of the entire day will be the philosophy of Kilometre Zero: all offerings, from tastings to exhibitions, will adhere to the principle of short supply chains, ensuring genuineness, freshness, and sustainability.

The evening will be enlivened by a concert featuring Silvia Rita and Michele Zucaro, who will entertain the audience with their music in a festive and convivial atmosphere.

This initiative arises from the collaboration between al Mulo Cojone, Il Viandante, the Km Zero Festival, IF in Apulia with Torre Palomba, and the Pugliese Truffle Regional Association, all united by the common goal of promoting local culture and supporting local producers.
