**THE BOOK**
The book is a visionary, psychedelic, and spiritual poem inspired by the myth of Odessa, a city of everyone and no one, where each person is a stranger yet also a citizen. Various narrative, spiritual, comedic, grotesque, pornographic, and symbolic poems. Different characters, such as Kol'ka, Ljubka, uncle Pesja, Mu-Mu, and many others tell their story or that of others, in a true verse novel that speaks to the heart of the images we carry within us, to the collective unconscious of a transforming West, in contact with the Other, with a deliberately blended language of archaisms, dialectisms, Russisms, Ukrainianisms, Yiddish, and Ancient Greek, in a polyphony that reflects the very nature of Odessa.
**THE AUTHOR**
Marco Cardetta, from Puglia, studied Communication Sciences and Philosophy in Siena, with research on Bene, Stirner, Michelstaedter, Deleuze, Zolla, Florenskij, and Panikkar.
