Guided tour of the historic garden of Palazzo Personè, Nardò**

**The Déco Festival inaugurates its 22nd edition with a visit to the historical botanical garden of Palazzo Personè, formerly the Castle of Acquaviva.**
The exhibition will take place from July 29 to September 5 and offers different guided paths to discover villas, gardens, and private historic residences.
The Festival will stop in the territories of Nardò, Galatone, Alezio, Sannicola, and Santa Maria di Leuca, all united by the presence of splendid villas in contexts mostly reserved for vacationing and leisure.
**The guided tour on Wednesday, July 29, begins at the Castle, characterized by a sumptuous and eclectic façade and the result of an extensive restyling that also involved the adjacent Botanical Garden. A "garden of astonishment," rich in romantic corners and rare exotic plants.**
**The Déco Festival, on Thursday, July 30, at 5:30 PM, moves to the countryside with the tour of the villas in the Cenate area.**
The guided visit spans among the eclectic villas built between the 19th and 20th centuries and the older villas constructed from the 18th century when the local nobility began to discover the pleasure of vacationing to care for their estates.
**All events conclude with an aperitif.**
