**Sunset Trekking Among Nature, Breath and Landscape – Full Moon Special**

We invite you to join the third outing in our trekking series—an experience suitable for everyone, exploring one of the most evocative and lesser-known corners of Puglia: the Mar Piccolo basin in Taranto.

The evening light makes the landscape even more atmospheric, the temperatures are more pleasant for walking, and the setting naturally invites us to slow down. The full moon, long a symbol of wholeness, awareness, and connection with nature, will provide the perfect backdrop for an experience to be enjoyed with all the senses.

Accompanied by guide Riccardo Tedeschi, we will cross a landscape shaped by water and rich in evidence of the history of the Taranto area, passing through centuries-old olive groves and forgotten railway lines.

The route will take us to the shores of the second inlet of the Mar Piccolo, with the “City of Two Seas”—Taranto—before us. We will also pass by Big Bench No. 194, which offers one of the most fascinating panoramas in the area.

During the walk, we will also set aside time for well-being. Together with Marcella Spinosa, a yoga and mindfulness teacher, we will experience a sound meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, allowing their vibrations to blend with the sounds of nature, between earth and sky. A moment to slow down, reconnect with our breath, and transform the walk into an even deeper experience.
