Sagra dei sapori Torittesi

On Sunday, October 18, 2026, the **Sagra dei Sapori Torittesi** returns, celebrating almonds and *cervellata*—a typical sausage from Toritto—and rediscovering the authentic flavors of our land.

This is an unmissable opportunity to taste local specialties, such as the famous *cervellata* and the delicious Toritto almond.

The event is organized by **Pro Loco Toritto-Quasano APS**, under the patronage of the Municipality of Toritto, with the support of the Master Butchers and the participation of local farms.

The town’s central square will come alive with entertainment, musical performances, guided tours, cooking demonstrations, special openings, and activities for children.

- **From 5:00 p.m.**: meeting at the Pro Loco stand in Piazza Moro for a guided tour to discover Toritto, followed by a tour of local pastry shops to explore traditional pastries made with Toritto almonds. **Information and mandatory reservations:** 347 318 3842.
- **6:00–9:00 p.m.**: special opening of the Clock Tower on Corso Umberto.
- **7:00 p.m.**: opening of the food and wine stalls, followed by a cooking demonstration by the Tommaso Fiore Hotel Management Institute of Grumo Appula.
- **8:30 p.m.**: musical performances featuring a DJ set with Aiyana, live vocals by Marianna Voice, and a *pizzica* performance.

Special guests, activities for children, food and wine specialties, market stalls, and many other surprises will make our festival a unique event, where tradition comes together with delicious food, music, and fun.
