A tavola con la storia

On the 26th and 27th of July, in the charming setting of the trulli in via Verdi in the Rione Aia Piccola in Alberobello, the cultural association ARTECA is organizing the first of two appointments of “A Tavola con la Storia” (At the Table with History). An unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the culture and traditions of Alberobello through food, art, and history.
Guests will be welcomed by actors in period costumes who will guide them through a visit to the 'Living Trullo Museum”. Along the path, each artisan will introduce their craft, tell its story, and explain its techniques.
The dinner will be a dive into the past through ancient Apulian flavors, with a proposal that reflects the essence of local cuisine. There will be two menu options, one for adults and one for children who will receive particular attention. The little ones will be engaged in traditional games designed specifically for them, while the adults can participate in fun activities in the local dialect and historical competitions.
The two evenings will be animated with live music, dances, and theatrical scenes that will evoke the daily life of the workers.
An event not to be missed to discover and experience the traditions of Alberobello in a unique and engaging atmosphere.
