An hour of stand-up comedy with Italy's tallest comedian!
1 and 95 is a comedy monologue. The atmosphere is that of a nightclub, where the comedian arrives in a tuxedo and begins the show. Like in a stream of consciousness, the topics follow one another at a frenetic pace. The important thing is to keep the attention alive and, above all, entertain. The style of the show is classic, clean, vintage, but the content will be wild, anarchic, and unpredictable.

I have always loved comedy. Probably I started doing theater because I wanted to make people laugh. Italia Uno was my first teacher. They broadcasted The Simpsons, outrageous, crazy, incorrect, but at the base of my training. Then that monster of Jim Carrey came along and then I lost my mind. "One day - I said to myself - I would like to be like him." That day never came, obviously. Because he is an absolute genius and I am a guy from Bari who likes to act silly. Despite this, I followed my instinct and, even though they did everything in academy to distract me from the path of comedy, a few years after graduation, I put on a variety show, Zero Content, discovering that people love to laugh a lot (and it's not trivial!). Motivated by the success of this experience, I approached the world of American stand-up comedy, which has as protagonists, among others, the same Carrey, Eddie Murphy, Robbie Williams, Louis C.K. and I said to myself: "You know what? I'll try it too." I performed in a stand-up club in Milan, with a piece written by me and it worked. From that moment on, every Zero Content evening started with my introduction monologue (in the style of Walter Chiari, for example) that dealt with different topics each time. 1 and 95 is, therefore, the final point of this process: putting together all the things I have written over the years, writing new ones, and seeing what comes out. The show is a comedy monologue. The writing is free, ranging from one theme to another: who we are, love relationships, the coronavirus, bats, my height, English schools, and much more. The topics overlap, return, disappear, like a long internal monologue. Giuseppe Scoditti
