The Odd Couple is an example of how Neil Simon, the most brilliant and prolific author of comedic theater in the second half of the 20th century, always manages to find that pinch of sympathetic madness in everyday life. It tells the difficult and complicated cohabitation between two men with diametrically opposed personalities. Felix and Oscar, both with a divorce behind them, decide to live together in an apartment located in one of the many skyscrapers of New York, on Riverside Drive. This daily clash will give rise to continuous and hilarious gags, ensuring guaranteed entertainment in the theatrical version proposed and interpreted by the unprecedented couple Gianluca Guidi and Giampiero Ingrassia. When Oscar proposes to continue seeing each other with the other friends for the usual poker game, despite the recent heated arguments, Felix responds that he has not closed at all with poker, because marriages come and go, but the game is like the show: it must go on.
