Sure, here's the translation of the Italian text to English:
Bari, at Casa delle Culture comes "BORGES - Photographic Hypothesis on the Geographies of the Body"
From the multi-award-winning docu-experimental short film "Borges", a new "journey" has been born, a new vision of the geographies of the body and the paths for migrating people, namely the photographic exhibition of the landscapes that flourish around those paths.
The landscapes are forms of portraits cut in half, pieces or sections of the face, chest, arms. They are the fleeting passage of the passerby's gaze on the human that brushes against us, often without leaving any trace, any sensation. Apparently. Something always remains of the gazes, of the passages that each of us makes when thrown into our own and others' existence. From this blending of time and space, of bodies and non-bodies, the human image is a profound sign of a community in search of its roots, it draws new geographic maps between bodies and multitudes of probable astronomical orientations, astral projections on new geographic maps, meridian shadows that infuse the soul of the traveler with traits of hopeful vitality, in the imaginary cosmogony of possibilities.
Between what has been and what is, before and after the journey undertaken, awaiting the next, every human being can only call themselves a traveler, migrant, nomad in the fleetingness of life and, precisely for this reason, we place ourselves in the deep perspective of rebirth. The photos thus become also the testimony of a "rite of passage", the ultimate narrative of the last crossing between heaven and earth.
