**Casale Montedoro and Vivi In Cammino Tribe - Aps - Ets** will accompany you on a journey initially outward, in the heart of the Valle D'Itria, along a stretch of the **Puglia Aqueduct Cycle Route**, some trails and forest paths, before embarking on a journey inward, hosted by Casale Montedoro, an artistic residence, where we can pause for an aperitif and a meditative concert in a circle.

**The route will be easy and suitable for everyone.**
It will be a slow walk that doesn't require special training.

🍽️Meal: It is one of the most important moments of our experience, to get to know each other, share stories, and connect!
At Casale Montedoro, the place that will host us during the lunch break, we will find an aperitif welcoming us (included in the fee) and the possibility of a "picnic" lunch (upon order).

Alternatively, we will bring a packed lunch with us, we strictly avoid the use of plastic packaging, bring a drink cup (we are against waste and the excessive use of plastic!) and if we feel like it, something to share with the group! Recommended fruit, supplements, or nuts.

The event will have a limited number of participants, upon reaching which it will no longer be possible to register. Send a confirmation message via WhatsApp with name, surname, photo of the fiscal code, and place of origin for each participant to +393515215132 (Leo) to be added to the list.

We ask that you inform us at least the day before for any cancellations, as the organizer will pay the insurance fee before the hike begins. Additional logistical info regarding the conduct of the hike will be sent subsequently.

**Contribution: 20€**, if not yet registered with our association, add 5€ (one-time) for the annual membership fee, including annual insurance (your safety on the journey is our priority!)

🥾**Equipment:**
Trekking shoes (in this case not strictly necessary), trekking poles if available (they are always a great help) a light hiking backpack, in which we will store water, tissues, drink cup, poncho or rain jacket, fleece, snacks, and food for the break, and a great desire to smile and enjoy together!
Water reserve: It is always recommended to bring at least 1.5 liters of water.

⛈️Weather: In case of adverse weather, we reserve the right to postpone the excursion.

🐶Four-legged friends: Four-legged friends are welcome! However, it is recommended to keep them strictly on a leash, for the tranquility of the place, to not disturb the local fauna and flora, and out of respect for the participants of the excursion.

🤝Some agreements: The walk can be a regenerative, relaxing, and introspective experience. We will try to be gentle with our tone of voice and empathetic towards ourselves and our fellow travelers if we feel the need (ours and others) for some moments of solitude.
Especially in forested areas or those of high naturalistic interest, we will enter the heart of Pachamama, Mother Earth, a temple, a sacred place to preserve and protect, given its many inhabitants. We will walk calmly, speaking softly, taking care to preserve and maintain the fragile balance of the place, avoiding leaving any waste (even biological) on the path.
By doing so, we can offer ourselves an even deeper and more enjoyable experience.

🙋‍♂️**Who we are (in brief):
Leonardo Diana,** born in 1986, Environmental Hiking Guide Associated A.I.G.A.E., passionate about walks for years, has covered multiple in Italy and Spain. After a year of traveling and making a "life change" by leaving the infamous "steady job", he now dreams of conveying in his land what he has learned on his travels with a backpack and guitar, aiming to unite the world of walks with living in simplicity, in close contact with nature, the South American shamanic spiritual world, and bioenergetic and holistic activities collaborating with sector operators. The intent is to create experiences, routes, and build in his land, enhancing it, common projects, and intentional communities for personal and collective growth, guided by our innate intuition, Abuelo Fuoco, and Mother Nature as the main example of life.
Now he is based with his camper in the Valle d'Itria, pursuing his intent, playing his guitar in the squares, and guiding groups along naturalistic routes.
