In their twenty-first year of activity, the **Theatrical Company "Fuori Tempo"** of Martina Franca, in collaboration with the City of Martina Franca, Department of Cultural Activities and Entertainment, Department of Tourism and Territorial Marketing, and Department of Productive Activities, presents "Flames and Glory," an exciting and engaging musical capable of transporting the audience to an era of passions, rivalries, and mysteries. An original work that combines history, music, and dance in a compelling tale, performed by an extraordinary cast and enhanced by spectacular choreography and meticulous direction.

**THE STORY:**
**"Flames and Glory"** takes us to a captivating 17th-century village, animated by a prestigious medieval tournament, which serves not only as a test of strength and skill but also reflects the ambitions and power struggles between two rival families: the Orsinis and the Baraldis.

In the Orsini family, the absences of Lady Iride and Father Vanesio, whose disappearance remains shrouded in mystery, profoundly mark the three siblings: Countess Elisa (Gabriella Pinto/Sabrina Palmisano), Count Vittorio (Antonio Potenza/Angelo Semeraro), and Countess Lucrezia (Giulia Convertini/Sofia Palmisano). Only the nursemaid Flora (Luisa D’Amore) is a constant source of affection in their lives.

On the other side, in the Baraldi family, the return of Sir Gregorio (Emanuele Solazzo) rekindles an unexpected connection with the Orsinis, creating a web of secrets, alliances, and plot twists. In the background, a society saturated with hierarchies and contradictions: the powerful and ambitious Cardinal Romeo (Cristian Nardelli), the two nuns Colomba and Bianca (Sara Fumarola and Chicca Montanaro) with unexpected inclinations, the young cleric Giovannino (Nicola Neglia), forced to follow the cardinal's will, and the housekeeper Amelia (Arianna Semeraro), who dreams of a different life.

To lighten the tension of the plot, the merchants Astolfo and Basilio (Paolo Decuia and Paolo Colucci) bring their wit and irony.

The beating heart of the story is Lucrezia Orsini, a symbol of the conflict between good and evil, a figure embodying the fragile balance between life and death, love and revenge, justice and ambition. **ENSEMBLE:** Alessandra Acquaviva, Salvatore Blasi, Sara Blonda, Giulia Buonfrate, Chiara Colucci, Aurora Fumarola, Arianna Galasso, Federica Rana, Rebecca Semeraro and Andri Voka.
