Andy James & Jon Cowherd All Star feat. Frank Gambale

The jazz-flamenco of **Andy James**. The jazz singer of Australian origin will be in concert in Bari, on Sunday, May 4th at 9 PM at the Teatro Forma, to present her eighth and latest studio album **"Happy People"**, released on March 7th. The album, a collection of 16 tracks featuring great musicians from American and Latin jazz (James Genus, John Beasley, Alexa Acuña, Carlitos del Puerto, Marcus Gilmore...), was recorded in various parts of the world: New York, Rome, Seville, and Las Vegas, the adopted city of James and her husband **Piero Pata**, producer and co-author of the album, with whom she co-founded the label **Le Coq Records**.

"It has been an immense pleasure to finally share my flamenco life story with the jazz audience, through these original flamenco jazz compositions," comments Andy James. "The journey has been incredible, full of rhythms that carry deep meaning. With the crucial contributions both in production and writing from Piero Pata, as well as Jon Cowherd, who was also involved in the arrangements, we managed to capture the true essence of this story that feels very close to me."
