The Dance Academy Mundo Latino Lights Up Hope: Proceeds from "Star Circus" to Migrantes

Taranto, June 12, 2025 – The Dance Academy Mundo Latino, led by maestro Angelo La Neve, is thrilled to announce that the proceeds from its upcoming end-of-year show, "Star Circus," will be entirely donated to the association Migrantes (Madonna delle Grazie).

The event, an explosion of talent and passion that will see young dancers perform on the stage of Teatro Orfeo on July 2, 2025, thus becomes a concrete act of solidarity for the community and for those seeking refuge in our city.

"We are immensely proud to be able to combine the magic of dance with an act of profound social value," declared Maestro Angelo La Neve. "Our young artists will not only showcase their talent, but they will also dance for a noble cause, actively contributing to support the valuable work of Migrantes. We want the joy and energy of our 'Star Circus' to translate into tangible assistance for the welcoming and integration of migrants and refugees in our community."

Migrantes (Madonna delle Grazie) has long been an essential reference point in the area. It deals with welcoming, supporting, and promoting the integration of migrants and refugees, fostering intercultural dialogue and building a more inclusive society for everyone. Their work is fundamental to the social fabric of Taranto, and the contribution from the Dance Academy Mundo Latino will allow for further strengthening of their projects.
