Torna Charme in Rosa, il più grande evento sui vini rosati e gli oli evo regionali

Dear enthusiasts,

Due to popular demand, Charme in Rosa returns, the much-anticipated event organized by the Italian Sommelier Association of Lecce in collaboration with Ais Puglia, aimed at promoting the quality rosé wines and extra virgin oils of our region, now in its thirteenth edition.

On Friday, July 18 starting at 8:30 PM, in the splendid historic setting of the Chiostro dei Domenicani in Lecce, we will have the opportunity to taste approximately 200 labels of Rosé Wines and over 50 of Pugliese Extra Virgin Olive Oils, paired with the gastronomic delicacies specially prepared for the occasion by Chef Donato Episcopo from the Gimmi Restaurant at Chiostro dei Domenicani, the chefs from AQUA-Le Dune Restaurant in Porto Cesareo, selected cold cuts by Il Sommelier Clandestino and Cheeses from Masseria Cinque Santi, along with baked products.

However, discussions about rosé wine will begin as early as 7:00 PM with the Masterclass on
 "Rosés from the World", during which we will have the opportunity to taste 6 different rosé wines from the most representative regions of our planet. The Masterclass, led by Giuseppe BALDASSARRE, Betty MEZZINA, and AIS Lecce speakers, will feature:
FRANCE: Chàteau Miraval Rosè - Còte de Provence (Estate of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie)
CALIFORNIA: Zinfandel Rosè classic – Beringer
MOROCCO: Tandem Rosé - Domaine des Ouled Thaleb (the oldest winery in Morocco)
GERMANY: Pinot Noir Rosé Kabinett Trocken - Koehler-Ruprecht
SPAIN: Cesilia Rosè Alicante – Casa Cesilia
NEW ZEALAND: Pinot Noir Rosè – Matua

Participation fee for the evening is €35.00, including a tasting glass with its respective holder, free tasting of numerous rosé wines and Pugliese extra virgin oils, the two dishes prepared by Ristorante GIMMI and AQUA-LE DUNE, cheeses, cold cuts, and various baked goods. Participation fee for the Masterclass is €15.00.

Those who want to ensure their participation, considering that access may be restricted once the maximum number of participants is reached, can purchase tickets in advance at the Chiostro dei Domenicani, in via San Pietro in Lama 27, Lecce, tel. 0832 700970, open all day starting Monday, June 30, or immediately online via the following link, where you can also reserve participation in the MASTERCLASS at the cost of €15.00 until availability is exhausted (only 50 spots available).

ATTENTION
Those who wish to pay via bank transfer should not book through the website but should carry out a bank transfer to IBAN IT58R0103041630000063368644 of the account at Monte dei Paschi di Siena, with the account under Italian Sommelier Association Puglia. The purpose should be “Charme 2025” and the surnames of those participating in the event. To complete the reservation, it's necessary to send the transfer receipt complete with the transaction reference (CRO) via email to info@aispuglia.it, stating in the subject "Bonifico Charme 2025," by July 16, 2025.
