The author, Raffaella Scorrano, will converse with Valentina Perrone, a writer and journalist. Anna Alfarano will read some excerpts from the text.

The presentation will take place during the Giorgio De Cesario exhibition entitled “Conceptual Poop Art,” a provocative exhibition questioning the latest developments in contemporary art. Artist De Cesario is the founder of The House of Artists, an art residence that freely hosts exhibitions and cultural events in its spaces.

"Circostanza volle..." is a philosophical novel, whose title mimics the phrase used when telling an incredible story, an unexpected event, a coincidence, an episode that alters the current course of actions.

The plot narrates a broad existential journey, whose protagonist embodies the emblem of reflection, unfolding during both real and metaphorical journeys, within a territorial context that serves as an archetypal backdrop to unveil the constitutive anthropological facets.

It involves embarking on a journey in a natural framework of values, existence, and resilience, where each element becomes primordial for experience and knowledge. By thoughtfully traversing life's obstacles, everything becomes a cornerstone of passion, hope, and devotion. The story weaves an existential vision that fosters poetic breath to improve, and thus consciously enhance, one’s capacity to inhabit the world, choosing to be present in the here and now of the territorial perspective adorned with belonging and love: the true and only premise of caring for oneself and the place.

Thus emerges a fundamental search for meaning that finds expression in its dialectical dimension, constantly dialoguing between the self and the other. The territory, where one is born and lives, represents the quintessential place of the soul, the principle from which origin, understood as root, unfolds becoming a denotation of both one's daimon and the genius loci.

This is how the union between the protagonist and her village manifests as an expression of life philosophy, conceived as the philosophy of the place of the soul, and as poetry that translates the wonder of Creation into awe. The text contains numerous points for reflection, concerning the necessity to be in a condition of listening and harmony with oneself and nature, so that nothing is taken for granted and one can finally rejoice in one’s vital dimension, in the space-time given to each to live.

"Circostanza volle..." encompasses everything that happens along the way with a soul predisposed to seize the moment of discovery that leads to a new perspective: the territory, with its peculiarities, will be the cornerstone of a rebirth beneficial to all.
