Trek Musicale alla scoperta del territorio biscegliese

DOLMEN DELLA CHIANCA - LAMA S. CROCE - MENHIR CULTUAL AREA - GROTTA DEL FINESTRINO - GROTTA DELLE DUE CROCETTE
On Saturday afternoon, September 6th, from 5:00 PM, we will walk along the PATH OF PREHISTORY. The itinerary, interesting for its landscape and historical relevance, is set in a geological landscape asset such as the ancient river incision formed by Lama S. Croce. This location hosts, among various testimonies, the Dolmen La Chianca, a prehistoric megalithic tomb from the Bronze Age, one of the most important in Europe. It also features a cult area possibly dating back to the Neolithic period, characterized by the presence of several Middle Neolithic menhirs, and the karst phenomenon affecting the territory, opening passages and caves, including the Grotta del Finestrino and the Grotta delle Due Crocette, inhabited during the Neolithic era. Upon our return, there will be a musical performance at the Dolmen La Chianca, featuring the execution of classical pieces for violin and guitar.
