We invite you to a special gathering dedicated to movement, music, and female energy.
Together, we will have an intense session of collective dance, designed to free our bodies from cultural constraints and let our vital energy resonate. Guided by the dancer and teacher Alessandra Bellomo, we will be led into a pizzica lesson, the dance that unites and liberates. We will start with a motor activation phase to awaken our bodies, approach the basic movements, and find ourselves in a moment of shared joy, rediscovering strength and lightness.
All of this will be enriched by the support of Wilma Autorino, who will accompany us with her experience in conscious movement.
