Two days of nature, 🌿 awareness, and wellness to reconnect with yourself and the energy of plants. 🌱
We will discover the uses, benefits, and properties of wild herbs present in the area, 🌷 learn to use them to make an herbal oil and a syrup useful for coughs and colds, which we will take home. 🧖
We will learn techniques of meditation, pranayama, and energy practices to always maintain good health. 🧘
Finally, we will prepare a personalized liquor for ourselves 🥃 or as a Christmas gift idea. 😍🎁

- Theoretical and practical workshop on Herbalism: Transformation of medicinal herbs into natural herbal oils and syrups

- Break with tasting of herbal teas and traditional Apulian cookies

- Practical advice on Ayurvedic medicine and energy practices for wellness and prevention

- Communal dinner in the Masseria

- Muscle awakening, Hatha Yoga, and Pranayama

- Breakfast

- Walk to identify spontaneous herbs
- Stories, myths, legends, and meditation in the forest using the 5 senses
- Sharing circle and meditation in nature

- Lunch

- Improvised liquor workshop: creation of your personalized liquor
