Fermenti D'Ipa

🍺 **IPA FERMENTATION — a Sunday made for fermenting!**

On October 18, we’ll be gathering at Arci Calypso for a day dedicated to craft beer, good food, music, and sharing!

We’ll start at 11:00 with a public brewing session hosted by the craft brewery Mc Beer: a chance to discover up close how beer is made, following the production process from A to Z. You’ll be able to watch the various stages of brewing live and take a peek at the secrets behind a great pint. Participation is free, and everyone is welcome!

Around 1:00 p.m., we’ll take a break for a community lunch: a simple, convivial moment to eat together and recharge. The brewing won’t stop, though—the production will continue throughout the afternoon! 🍻

And throughout the day, there will be market stalls to explore, including during the evening!

When evening arrives, it’s time to enjoy some delicious flavors with a tasting prepared by the casual eatery **“A Tavola da Mirko,”** featuring dishes designed to pair with different styles of beer. The evening will be accompanied by a live concert by **Panareo Dub**, bringing the day to a close with good food and dub vibes. 🍽️🎶
